Okay, I admit it – I cheaped out on diapers the last time I went to the store. Instead of picking up the Huggies Supreme diapers, I went ahead and tried the no-name cheap diapers to try to save some money.

Well, that didn’t work so well. Poop exploding out of diapers and staining clothes (the baby’s and mine) and furniture is not a good sign that you’ll be saving money. There’s nothing like handing your baby to someone and having him or her grimace when they touch a wet pant leg, either.

For now, I am just using the cheap diapers when I am going to be staying at home, know the diaper is only going to be on for a short time, or when I think he’s due for a poop and I will be changing him very quickly.

There’s no doubt that the Huggies Supreme diapers hold moisture and poop much better than the off-brand diapers. There’s just no comparison.
